For determining the correct dimensioning and material quality we dispose over a climatized measuring department, equipped with extensive collection measuring devices a.o. Mitutoyo 3D CNC coordinate measuring device. These equipment will be periodically calibrated, in accordance with our quality procedure.

Each worker within Wolters Metaaltechniek is responsible for continue quality control during the complete manufacturing process. From the production start up to the moment of transport each product will be checked several times at material quality and dimensioning, in accordance with the agreed product specifications.

Incoming goods and tools are extensively checked before they are used in the production process.
